Pallet configuration

48”x40” clean pallet, free of debris, odor, stains, and brand marks.

Parihuela en buenas condiciones de 48” (121.92 cm) x 40” (101.6 cm), libre de fragmentos, mal olor, manchas y estampados de marcas.

Wood Pallet must meet the weight standard of 2800-lb capacity.

La parihuela de madera debe cumplir con el estandar de peso de 2800 lb (1270 kb) de capacidad.

Wood pallet must be partial 4-way entry or full 4-way entry weighing 50-55lbs.

Debe tener entradas parciales o completas de 4 vias y  pesar 50 a 55 lb (22.7 – 25 kg).

Materials:  Medium-density hard wood species required:  Class 1, 3, and 21 as define by the National Wooden Pallet Container Association’s (NWPCA) Uniform Standard for Wood Pallets. Wood must be of good sound material Free of knots larger than 1/3 of the width of the board.

Materiales : se requiere madera dura de media densidad: clase 1, 3 y 21 segun lo definido en el National Wooden Pallet Container Association’s (NWPCA) Uniform Standard for Wood Pallets. La madera debe ser de buen material libre de nudos mayores a un tercio del ancho de la tabla.

Seven boards on top deck and five boards on bottom deck are required. (Note four boards on bottom is not acceptable regardless of how much Deck coverage the four boards provide.)

Se requiere siete tablas en la parte superior y cinco tablas en la parte inferior. (No se aceptan cuatro tablas, sin importar el espacio que cubran)

All Deck Boards must be intact, securely fastened to stringers.  No portions Cracked or broken away.

Todas las tablas deben estar intactas, bien aseguradas a los travesaños. No debe haber tablas rotas o rajadas.

Use of repaired wood pallets are acceptable as long as they meet the weight  standard capacity of 2800-lb. capacity and are manufactured and repairable to the standard of the NWPCA Uniform Standard for Multiple Use Wood Pallets.

Es aceptable el uso de parihuelas de madera reparadas siempre y cuando cumplan con el peso standard de 2800 lb de capacidad y hayan sido manufacturadas y reparadas segun el estandar del NWPCA Uniform Standard of Multiple Use Wood Pallets.

No wood splinters or nails protruding from pallet.

No debe haber astillas o clavos sobresalrentes.
